MAGI Mediation / Arbitration Group offers professional dispute resolution services aimed at resolving or settling disputes outside of the traditional legal/court arena.
We employ a number of strategies including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and a number of hybrids of these processes to achieve fair, balanced and ethical outcomes. These approaches have been found to be both time saving and cost effective alternatives to the legal system in resolving conflicts.
This work is carried out in a variety of contexts including family and civil mediation as well as in community, organizational and workplace settings.
As well, MAGI provides professional workplace fairness analysis and, in conjunction with the Workplace Fairness Institute of Toronto, can provide plans for remediation to improve the culture of dysfunctional or toxic workplace environments.
